Some appointments require a $5 deposit to hold your reserved time. The deposit applies in full toward the cost of your service.

How to pay your deposit:
Send $5 by Zelle to payments@instepmassage.com, or scan the QR code below. Please include your name and appointment time in the memo.

Your appointment time is held once the deposit is received. If we do not receive it, the time may be released to another client.

​

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit carries over to your next appointment or can be refunded on request.

For same-day appointments, this notice period is 2 hours. If you do not show up, or cancel with less notice than this, the deposit is not refunded.

We will never ask for your card number by text message or email.
